Gentle morning yoga, a nourishing breakfast, and a closing ceremony to send you home feeling refreshed and renewed.

Little Lotus Gives Back: Community Lunch Project

At Little Lotus Lounge, we believe yoga extends beyond the mat and into the heart of our community. This special gathering is an opportunity for us to come together in service, compassion, and connection.

We will meet at 1:30 PM at Little Lotus Lounge, where volunteers will gather briefly as a group before beginning our sandwich-making assembly. Together we will prepare 300 bag lunches for Noah at Central, helping provide fresh sandwiches and nourishing meals to individuals in need.

No experience is necessary—just bring your willingness to help and your community spirit. Tasks will include assembling sandwiches, packing lunches, organizing supplies, and preparing the meals for delivery.

After our work is complete, we’ll take time to enjoy light refreshments, connect with one another, and capture a few group photos to celebrate what we’ve accomplished together.

This event is about more than making sandwiches—it’s about kindness, service, and the power of community coming together.

Celebrate friendship, kindness, and joyful movement at our Kids Yoga Valentine’s Day Camp! This fun-filled, heart-centered experience invites children to explore yoga through imagination, creativity, and play.

Led by Miss Kristen, each 2-hour camp blends gentle yoga poses, mindful breathing, and interactive games with Valentine’s-themed crafts and tasty snacks. Children will move their bodies, express their creativity, and practice kindness in a nurturing, inclusive environment designed just for kids.

Perfect for ages 3–12, this camp supports confidence, emotional awareness, and connection—all while having lots of fun!

What to expect:

  • Kids Yoga Camp is a drop-off program. Parents are invited to walk their child in and pick them up at the end of camp, but do not stay during sessions.
